Health & Safety is everyones business and the law requires a basic knowledge and understanding of health & safety within the workplace. It is essential therefore that all employees work their employers to identify and manage risks effectively. The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidance states that everyone within the working environment needs to know how to work safely and without risks to health. This Level 2 Health & Safety Induction workshop is ideal for employers, managers, supervisors and employees and has been designed to provide everyone with the requisite knowledge needed in order to maintain a safe working environment. By the end of the workshop learners will understand the legal responsibilities of the employer and employee, accident prevention strategies and have an understanding of the key areas of workplace health and safety.
